Click post a message or reply.

Once the box pops up to type your message you should see a box with what appears to be a mountain with a sun in it. Click on that box. You will then have a box pop up to ask you to find your image. You have to choose where the image is located on your computer(ie:desktop, documents, pictures) then choose open on the popup box. Then click submit post.
